Michael Rebekah Fleischman is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Arts and Creative Enterprise Leadership through the Bolz Center in the Wisconsin School of Business. As a theatre director, producer, and educator, she has worked with several non-profit arts organizations throughout Madison and Milwaukee, most recently working as a teaching artist for the Milwaukee Repertory Theatre and as an event coordinator for the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum. She completed an internship in directing and education at the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey in 2019, and currently serves on the board of The Constructivists theatre company in Milwaukee. After completing her Masters degree she looks forward to challenging conventions in arts management and creating a new and equitable normal.
